  I purchased a truck from penskee truck rentals in edmonton start of march. It was a 2019 freightliner cascadia. Prior to me picking up the truck sales representative told me they had gone through the truck and there were no issues with the truck as of right now. As i went to pick up the truck started the truck and found out signs of week compression. Told the front office about the issue took it to a nearby shop to get inspected, truck blew two airbags on the way had to get it towed to the shop. Once it was at the shop they found no 3,4,5 cylinders had 0 compression the same day. Talked to the sales representative about the issue i was told that this issue would be taken To management. I have tried reaching them multiple times since then and no response from anybody. This is highly unacceptable and unethicle work practice. Only reason to purchase from them was they would have the truck maintained and they would provide buyers with any deficiencies or damage with the units at the point of sale, which was not the case and they would just ignore the buyers once a issue was adress within the few hours truck was picked up.

  Don't deal with them, and if you do get a lawyer to read over the contract, apparently, they can increase my monthly fee anytime they want. be aware in these tough times with no work penske kicks you when you are down real caring place not!!!
