  The new headlight housing i bought at JBs in Edmonton last September, 2025, is full of moisture already, that's a whopping 8 months after purchase. Warranty from the manufacturer is 60 days, which was explained to me, over and over and OVER. The JBs store warranty is, NOTHING. In all fairness I did turn down the extended warranty. If JBs has the time to offer customers the extended warranty they should be able to tell you if the manufacturers warranty is good or bad. This is where I was told I did not do my research. All I did was come into the store directly to see the product and talk to the staff, the people you would think would know all about what they sell. This is extremely frustrating and makes me feel like I will not be returning to any of JBs stores again.

  Chris at Dix performance and Adrien at Jbs don’t reply, and lie about suppliers, both companies are not trustworthy under the same ownership, customer service is beyond garbage.

  I have been supporting this buisness at this location for around 20 years now. My last 3 visits have gone from bad to down right disrespectfully terrible! After my last(currently in the store writing this) experience I have decided I will never be returning to this buisness ever again. I booked my vehicle in ahead of time for 9am, arrived at 8:45am. Was told the job would take TWO hours(now this is important) as they would need one hour to fabricate two simple brackets, and one hour to splice the electrical into the existing wiring which in my opinion is a little long, but im okay with that. They knew I would be waiting in the store for the vehicle. A little over two hours later I was asked to verify the switch they were wiring into, at this point I expected for EVERYTHING to be done execpt that one specific part of the job to be complete..... well almost SIX HOHRS LATER and I am still waiting! I have gone back to look 5 times in the last SIX hours and NOT ONCE have I seen a tech anywhere near my vehicle. I will never be returning to this company, the tens of thousands I have spent over 20years ment absolutely nothing. Absolutely unacceptable! But hey, I only to pay for 2 hours of labor.... its been a hoot JB, bye *UPDATE! They DIDNT close my hood, guess how I found that out, they left tools under my headlights and the hood doesnt open without hitting the lights......NAILED IT! ****UPDATE, They gave my personal cellphone number to their technician who called me and asked for his wrench back..

  I’ve been dealing JB’s Way back in the 80s I’m old lol. Recently, I’ve started using them again. I’ve purchased about five or six or seven items. I had one issue when I ordered some parts online and did not press something right ended up that the parts were ready for pick up in Calgary as I live 500 km away in Saint Paul Alberta that’s not gonna work lol. I got a hold of the customer service. They got back to me right away by email within an hour. We had it sorted out. I paid the extra shipping that I obviously forgot to do not their fault. It was only nine bucks anyway lol But they shipped the parts out right away no hassle Thanks once again to the customer service line good job boys.
