  the team in here is wonderful, had me in and out quick and educated me on things I should keep an eye on and look into replacing without being pushy and trying to sell me on it(transmission service, air filters, battery charge life, etc)! Will definitely be back!

  Extremely Unprofessional. Came in for an oil change before my class on Friday March 27th, the next day when I was leaving I noticed a leak under my vehicle and noticed my alternator light pop on while driving home. Dropped the vehicle off to a mechanic yesterday, just for the mechanic to tell me the oil change place didn’t put the dipstick in the correct hole. The oil getting onto my alternator due to incorrect placement of the dipstick has fried my alternator and will run me about $1000 to fix. Calked the store and spoke to the manager and she reviewed the footage, said she can’t zoom in fully so she cannot 100% say her employees made the mistake and offered me a discount for the next service like I would go back….pathetic. I will be taking legal action. She also had the audacity to tell me on call that Infiniti's are hard to see the slot where the dip stick goes while they have allegedly skilled workers and is not hard to see at all. Now they are saying they can’t 100% confirm their tech made the mistake since the camera can’t zoom in enough? Pathetic.

  I used to come here periodically when I didn’t have time to change my own oil, but I won’t be back again. First, I was confused by the hand signals directing me forward. I’m still not sure what tapping your shoulders with limp wrists is supposed to mean—it wasn’t clear or helpful. Once inside, the technician scanned my VIN and commented (with an eye roll) that I hadn’t been there since 2023, as if that meant I hadn’t changed my oil at all. That was unnecessary and unprofessional. He then told me he wouldn’t change my oil unless it was full synthetic. When I asked why conventional oil had been used on previous visits, he replied, “because I wasn’t working here yet,” again with more eye rolling. What really made me leave was this: after insisting on full synthetic only, he immediately showed me a price chart and offered to do a conventional oil change anyway—so long as he added a note saying there would be “no warranty.” On a 13-year-old truck, that makes no sense. It felt misleading and inconsistent. After reading recent reviews, it’s clear this place isn’t what it used to be.

  I am not writing to be negative but one tech there kept running around not doing his job on my vehicle for oil change . Then he went outside and another customer came my car was left untouched. Other tech had to do his job . He was polite but very slow in his service. I was there for nearly 45 min . Thats not good . I will not be telling my friends to come here
