Omar and his team were incredibly fast, fair and professional! I had a leak in my tire due to a bent rim, he was able to service me the same day I called in and quickly repaired my rim. I will only be going here for now on. Thank you all!

I had no issues driving through the snowstorm on the Queen Elizabeth II Highway on Feb 27, 2026, thanks to the excellent service from Fountain Tire downtown. I was greeted and served by several different staff members, and every single one treated me with respect. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and positive. From the customer service team at the front desk to the mechanics and the assistant manager, the atmosphere in the shop was welcoming—you can truly feel the great team culture, which is probably why they retain such good staff. I purchased new Bridgestone WeatherPeak tires at this location. Billy at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. When I arrived, the assistant manager, Omar assisted me politely and professionally. While I waited in the lounge, staff checked in to make sure I was comfortable and kept me updated on the wait time. The mechanics, Hung also took the time to explain their quick inspection of my vehicle, especially noting my timing belt with over 190,000 km. I really appreciated their transparency and attention to detail. The entire process was smooth and pleasant—it almost made me want to stay longer!

Don't come here. They don't know how to properly change brakes. Changed mine in the summer and now less than 6 months later they're rumbling and sticking hard. Force you to do a brake line fluid flush. Asked them to do the rotors only they said no you have to do rotors and pads and flush. Charged me $1700. My fault for accepting and trusting these guys. Found a new mechanic who was able to do just the warped back rotors for me, brembo brand for $450 since the pads were still good. Whatever you do, do not business with any fountain Tire. I've learned my lesson.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
