  I called here multiple times just to get a tire repaired and they never have time which is ridiculous. Don’t even offer for me to leave it for the day or ask if it’s a loose rim/tire.

  I’ve now had two experiences where I came to Fountain Tire needing an emergency repair, only to be turned away both times. I understand that appointments come first, but if you’re hoping for help as a walk-in, don’t expect much support. Plan ahead or look elsewhere if you’re in a pinch

  This place sucks don’t come here. They’re no help & they’re lazy workers who can’t even get simple jobs done for people in need they made me believe they can help me but denied me after I arrived and I waited all weekend just to get let down. Drove my vehicle home that had a flat with my children in it. So yeah “good job!” Smh can’t believe this, wow.

  After spending a few days at Fantasyland at WEM, upon departure we realized our catalytic converter had been stolen. My husband, 7 year old, 5 month old and I were left completely stranded in Edmonton with no way to get back to Calgary. We called several shops, all said they would need a least a day to order parts and complete repairs, implying we would need to spend another night in Edmonton as the time was already 1:30 in the afternoon. Fountain tire, Zenon and the team there were different. Optimistic and eager to help, they told us to head over so they could begin diagnosis and repairs. Within minutes they had confirmed the problem, began ordering the parts and outsourcing parts from SEVERAL DIFFERENT locations across Edmonton. They kept in regular phone and text contact with my husband and had us up and running within 2 hours. By 3:30 pm we were back on the road to Calgary. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Never have I seen a team work so efficiently and with such urgency to help. We are forever grateful and can not recommend Zenon and the team at Fountain Tire enough. I only wish I could bring them to Calgary with me so that they could be our regular shop. There was full transparency with cost and quotes. The price was fair and the job was done well. Thanks again to you, you helped save our family trip and got me and my babies home safe.

  As a single mom with 3 dependants, I rely heavily on my vehicle for transporting my children everywhere. As it happens for everyone from time to time something ends up happening to your tires. Well today was the day it happened to me. It was close to closing at Fountain tire. I asked about checking my tire pressure & discussed the repair needed for my tire. The two young gentleman were so friendly. Internally I was worried & panicked. I have ama, but who wants to wait hours unless you have to?. As I was panicked, they both were reassuring & fit me in last minute to fix my tire when they were booking for a few days later. Perhaps to them this was a SML accommodation for a customer. However, to me .. this was something impactful as I needed my vehicle since I have a busy schedule. Not only did they present kindness in our interactions & helped where it was needed. They turned my internal panick to return back to normalcy. With my concern about my tire resolved, I could now focus on my remainder of errands as I'm preparing for my son's b day party tomorrow. Thank you so much for having such well balanced staff that brought not only friendliness, very polite, they were also kind & brought reassurance. Over & above most businesses do now a days. This location will forever be my recommendation & my go to for my vehicle needs!
