The BEST! There are so many places to go get work on your vehicles but this business is a HUGE standout for me.
Why? It’s their customer service. I feel valued every time I need their services. The appropriate services are suggested to me and I’m the decision maker. It’s a low pressure environment that’s based on honesty and trust. I always feel good before during and after my service experience.
The team that works here are friendly and promptly answer my questions, even if I have to ask the same question several times because I don’t understand. Their patience with my questions is remarkable …. And always done with a smile.
I can’t say enough about this fabulous business. You’d be silly not to use them for your vehicle needs.

Was hesitant to bring my car in to get a tire patched as a previous Fountain tire took 3 hours to locate the wheel lock.
Today was much different as the guys here were extremely quick and informative of what they had worked on.
Would confidently come back to this location.

I highly don’t recommend this place. Brother asked me to fix everything (suspension) before I can do a wheel alignment. The quote for suspension fix will cost me 6k. This is like a doctor say he/she can’t remove one of my teeth because I have an oral cancer.

I initially booked a tire replacement online that costs around 1100+ and after a day they called me that the tire was not in stock and they said theyre offering me a discount to get a tire that's in stock for only extra $20 total but I have to do initial deposit. So I get through all processes that but when I get to the shop it's still the same price from what they have online for that tire which costs around $1400+. I dont want to get through all the cancellation and rebooking again so I just accepted it there on the spot. I'm never going back again
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
