Gives you multiple verification emails about the booking then when you come fore the car, they say they tried to contact you that there was no car. Even though you put multiple ways of contact. They are 100% on communication skills, attitude and willingness to help. What made my experience with this rental company is when I went to drop off the car. I was attended by a gentleman called Bhavye , he was pleasant and kind. He asked me if I needed a ride back home🙌🏾 and went on to drive me to my house. This was the best customer service I have experienced. Great job guys !!! A lot of people do not understand how a small gesture of kindness goes a long way . You made my day … Kudos you ya’ll😊
