  As a frequent and returning client of the Downtown Enterprise location. I am always impressed with the friendliness of all staff at this location, especially Gautam and Sultan! These two gentleman are amazing at their jobs. I say this with utter confidence and sincerity, based not only on my own personal interactions with them. But also based on what I witness from their interactions with other customers, time and time again, while I await my pick-up or return. That Gautam and Sultan are by far the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with in my years of renting vehicles. The detailing/cleaning staff in the back have always provided me with exceptional interior sanitization and exterior cleanliness. As someone who is a bit of a germaphobe and neat freak, this aspect of my Enterprise experience provides me with a sense of comfort, knowing that each vehicle I am about to drive away in has been meticulously cleaned by an individual with pride, care, and attention to detail. Overall, there is a reason I continue to frequent this location. It's based on how I feel going into the Downtown Enterprise location, knowing that Gautam, and/or Saltan will be welcoming me back with authenticity—that kind of customer service rep relationship that is so hard to find these days. I also never have to second-guess what surprises the interior of the vehicle may hold for me. This location is consistent—consistent in quality, friendliness, pricing, vehicle selection—and provides the client with beyond exceptional customer service. I will always recommend this location to any of my colleagues or friends when they are in the market for a rental. ABOVE AND BEYOND 15/10 STARS!

  Very good experience. They picked me up quickly, had polite customer service, and the right vehicle ready to go. The whole process was efficient, smooth, and hassle-free. Great work.

  I rented a car from this place it was a nissan kicks we specifically ask for the cheapest vehicle one of the employees told us the cheapest is a sedan but he would give us a nissan kicks for the sedan price because they didn’t have another vehicle available. He then told us it would be 85 dollars a day!!! For a sedan ? I told him that cant be possible he told me its the season change i told him even then a cheap car for 85 a day doseant makes sense sounds like premium , i grabbed it anyways because i really needed a car that day . When i went home to my disbelief and shock i was correct it was 50 dollars a day for that car he over charged us by 35 dollars ??? How can that be ? He charged us premium car price for a lower end car ? When i went to return the car i complained spoke with another employee who told me that cant be we will get to the bottom of it told me i cannot help you with the charges as you are second driver i will contact the card holder either today or tomorrow be said but they did not contact anyone . Do they really believe that someone would forget about 105 dollars over charge ??? This place is a scam no competent employees all conniving manager and the rest please if you care for your wallet do not go here this place will leave you angry i will update soon because i will not leave the situation like this been busy but i will be back Honestly at this point I believe its fraud and will call my card company to get my money back Ps. Even though they told me provide my information and rental reservation they have not contacted me or given me a email or contact to link this place is a scam and im very dissatisfied and disappointed with this type of business please do not go here that message that they posted replying to me was just so they could seem legit no one has followed up on my issue
