  Rav was very fair and helped me out when my insurance did not. The whole team here was very kind and professional. Easy pickup and drop off experience.

  For Renters that have the Grand Touring Solution with TD insurance. Spoke to Joshua for a rental car. Reason was my car was in for an insurance claim and my insurance has something called the Grand Touring Solution that covers my rental car. What I did not know was that insurance was also covered for rental cars as well. When I got my rental car, the agent Joshua specifically said that my insurance does not cover insurance on my rental. I found it hard to believe that but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and so i agreed to his insurance bc i did not want to be without insurance. In all honesty I wish I would have recorded the conversation bc he had assured me that TD does not cover insurance on my rental car. He was like, yes that will give you peace of mind. But in all honesty, i was mislead into getting something that was already covered by my own insurance company. After talking to another agent Rav , he almost doubled down on his other agents scam tactic in telling people that the insurance compay does not cover liability on the rental. In the end, I had a very bad discussion with Rav and im also very disappointed with TD and how they are treating this whole situation. Im currently waiting for my claims agent to handle things and see where this all goes. All in all, I felt like this was a regular occurrence with Enterprise and how they scam money from folks like myself. Good luck with that! Hope its worth it.

  Made a reservation, got a confirmation and everything, went to pick up. No car available. Doesn't merit even the one star. They did try to call me but did not pick up when I called back, so made the trip for nothing. Time is life and these folks just wasted some of mine. Unlikely to try Enterprise again in Canada. Edit: The reply from Enterprise just goes to show that the online system does not actually keep track of what is available. I made my reservation a couple of hours before the pick-up time which is not a time when the system can 'hope' to have a car ready which is not actually physically there already. Also, google doesn't allow replies to corporate replies. Fine show.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise, especially with Nihar Menon. He helped me twice with renting a car through my insurance, and both times were excellent. Nihar is very welcoming, professional, and kind. From the moment I arrived, he made the process smooth and stress free. He has a great attitude, positive energy, and a really nice vibe. He’s also very helpful he makes sure you have his business card and lets you know you can reach out if you have any questions or need anything. That kind of customer care really stands out. Both times I dealt with him, he was consistent friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Nihar!
