- MSMitchell StalsDec 15, 20251.0Sold me used equipment (taillights and headlights) for my truck. Told me it was brand new. It was not. I took it to my mechanic to install. They told me it’s defective. When I took it back to get a working replacement they gave me a hassle wouldn’t replace it. Wouldn’t return it. Wanted me to send it away for warranty work. I bought it less than 3 hours ago. Made me wait around for an hour to talk to a manager. They said I was Luck that they weren’t going to charge me a restocking fee (they threatened to do this more than once) I am out the 2 hours of labour my mechanic charged me. Stay away from JBs you’re better off elsewhere.

DO BETTER
