Was basically told "it was my fault for buying the item and I should do my research before I buy something." Was then told "no refunds." Congrats on your shitty staff or policy. Literally haven't spent another dime here after my first and only time.

- JHJustin HodgsonOct 25, 20254.0I recently had a remote starter installed at JB Power Centre and, while there were some hiccups, I want to acknowledge the professionalism and integrity shown by Bradley and Tom throughout the process. There was a lot going on in the shop that day, but both of them took the time to make things right and did so with understanding and respect. It’s easy to handle things when everything goes perfectly — it’s much harder to stay calm, communicative, and solution-oriented when stress is high. Bradley in particular demonstrated real composure and care for the customer experience, and Tom worked hard (even staying after hours) to troubleshoot the issues, and ensure the installation was resolved properly the next day. The system works perfectly now. Thanks again to both of you — your efforts didn’t go unappreciated.
