  Absolutely horrible experience. Do not shop here . Ordered parts on Dec 1 had to pay in full before ordering, was told 4-6 weeks to get in. Fast forward to Feb 6 I had to call to get a update and was informed they received 2 out of 3 parts. Feb 21 I have to call again as haven't heard from them. I ask to talk to the manager who doesn't want to talk and just transfers me back to the sales guy?! Then they inform me that the last part is on back order and they can't get a timeline on. And won't give a refund all all parts. But the part I ordered is a suspension kit and it's one package if you go on line. So in the end please shop on line get your parts in 4 weeks and don't support these guys. Summit racing is more than accommodating for all your needs.

  Wish I could pick 0 stars. Order parts beginning of December, still waiting. Custom order only has 2 of the 3 items we need won’t refund the 2 item cause they can’t seem to get the 3. Completely unapologetic. Do not do business with JB West. Manager won’t have a conversation and assistant manager Leo thinks this is acceptable service.

  Pretty amazing place. Chatted with Fern on messenger looking for headgaskets for a 340. Must say, stand up dude. Appreciate the transparency and honesty. Hard to find these days. We'll be in touch again for sure. Keep up the good!!!

  Very happy with the service I got here. I initially bought a speedmaster ignition kit off them on clearance for a great price. The kit turned out too be bad and I spent a long time frustrated trying to figure it out but you buy the cheapest option and you get the cheapest option. I returned tge kit and spent a bit more on the TSP stuff vern recommended for my budget set up and with a super easy install the motor im working on which hasn't run in a few years started up that night. Definitely coming back for the remainder ing parts i need to get my car on the road.
