  Workers don’t know what they are doing. I had requested to pay in instalments which required me to go to them in person with the papers required. I gave them my information as well as my insurance binder letter because I am still waiting on my actual insurance paper and they told me everything was good once it was approved. Last night they text me to confirm my appointment, which means that everything had been clear and good to go. This morning I go in early on my day off from work to get a remote starter and not even 15 minutes after dropping off my car, they call me saying the finance company needs the actual insurance paper which is completely opposite to what they had told me before. So not only were they wasting my time by making me try and get this paper in any means possible, they had made me believe everything was good to go. So that’s why your team is not professional because you are just covering them and trying to make it looks like it’s a customer mistake . I m not going to go throw this stupid discussion with you. The same word I said to your team before I leave I will say it to you. …. You

  Amazing group of guys. They are all super knowledgeable and really helped me out with a fast appointment in the dead of winter. Installed a remote starter in my bmw, and now I can’t live without it! Thank you again

  Sold me used equipment (taillights and headlights) for my truck. Told me it was brand new. It was not. I took it to my mechanic to install. They told me it’s defective. When I took it back to get a working replacement they gave me a hassle wouldn’t replace it. Wouldn’t return it. Wanted me to send it away for warranty work. I bought it less than 3 hours ago. Made me wait around for an hour to talk to a manager. They said I was Luck that they weren’t going to charge me a restocking fee (they threatened to do this more than once) I am out the 2 hours of labour my mechanic charged me. Stay away from JBs you’re better off elsewhere.

  Excellent service. Daughter’s very old autostart remote stopped working. Tested the remotes and issue was somewhere in the module. They tried to get it fixed up but the module or the old interface to the vehicle just would not accept any programming. They kept me up to date on all of it and in the end we decided to ripped it out and installed a new unit which was on sale. All done in about 6 hrs. Highly recommend!
