    I struggled to program my ancient astrostart remotes for a week. I brought them in and the guy in the wizard robe behind the counter programmed them in 2 minutes. These guys are true experts.

    These guys went above and beyond to get my remote start working. I had originally went to another shop in the city, who had left me with a remote start that didn’t work and a $1000 bill. Byron and the guys at JB took the time to trouble shoot the issues I was having with my SUV and I left with a new remote start that works! Super stoked! Highly recommend!

    Workers don’t know what they are doing. I had requested to pay in instalments which required me to go to them in person with the papers required. I gave them my information as well as my insurance binder letter because I am still waiting on my actual insurance paper and they told me everything was good once it was approved. Last night they text me to confirm my appointment, which means that everything had been clear and good to go. This morning I go in early on my day off from work to get a remote starter and not even 15 minutes after dropping off my car, they call me saying the finance company needs the actual insurance paper which is completely opposite to what they had told me before. So not only were they wasting my time by making me try and get this paper in any means possible, they had made me believe everything was good to go. So that’s why your team is not professional because you are just covering them and trying to make it looks like it’s a customer mistake . I m not going to go throw this stupid discussion with you. The same word I said to your team before I leave I will say it to you. …. You

    Amazing group of guys. They are all super knowledgeable and really helped me out with a fast appointment in the dead of winter. Installed a remote starter in my bmw, and now I can’t live without it! Thank you again
