    Amazing service! I have been getting my oil changed for 25 years at many different places and hands down best service I've ever got! Oil change was fast, reasonable priced, honest, non pushy, staff worked very well as a team and were all very friendly definitely made you want to return.

    What can be said here, changed my oil , got my windshield wipers done , never left my truck . Solid work , never misses , we use it for our fleet as it's always the same where ever we go , no matter the city or town . We love it .

    Dylan was exceptional at helping me. He replaced my wiper blades for me and ensured they were in placed properly. Super friendly and made my visit easy. Needing good wiper blades in this weather!

    I have become a loyal customer at this Great Canadian Oil Change. The team here, lead by Manager Dylan, are very professional, knowledgeable and quick. The shop is extremely clean and provides the most competitive pricing you will find. And they are open late! Shout out to Tucker, Andrew and Brian tonight. I dropped by on a cold winter evening for them to just put air in my tires. They went above and beyond and replaces the valves and inflated to the proper psi for free. I am so grateful for their service. They saved me much troubles and anxiety on the road! Sincere Thank You! Looking forward to my next visit at your shop. -Val B.

    If you want your car to end up in the shop for additional repairs, this is the place to go. You’ll save yourself time, money, and stress by going literally anywhere else. After an oil change at this location, my car stalled in downtown Edmonton and had to be towed to a mechanic. The mechanic immediately called to ask when I had last had my oil changed because the engine air intake pipe was not installed correctly. When I spoke with Dylan from this location, he acknowledged the error and agreed to reimburse the shop fees. However, he refused to cover the tow, even though the only reason I had to use my AMA tow (which I pay for annually) was because of their mistake. His explanation was that, since my AMA membership covered the tow and didn’t generate an invoice, there was “no discernible cost”, as if my membership somehow falls from the sky for free. To make up for it, he offered me a free oil change. After this whole experience, I would rather my car run on hopes and dreams than bring it back here. This not customer service, this is a joke.
