  Jess and her team were lovely to deal with, they had me in and out extremely quickly, informed me about what needed to be done on my car without pushing anything and were overall amazing to deal with. Highly recommend this location! Thanks Jess :)

  If I can give this place a negative 5 stars I would do it. Go to this place at your own risk! I am not here to say negative things to this establishment but to tell my personal experience about this place. I went to Greater Canadian Change oil in Windermere last January for an oil change. They did changed it and as they check my car, they also said that the battery needs to be replaced. So I said sure yeah why not, it has been 6 years so it is about time. He changed my battery and after changing it, tried to start the car and never started. He tried a lot of things even called his manager and they both not able to resolve the issue ending up towing my car. Just for an oil change that day end up towing my car (one of the worst decisions in my life going to this place) which cost me 155 cad. I end up going to the nearest mechanic which is the Canadian tire. Canadian tire charged me 160 cad for diagnostic test and voila they just changed the battery and it worked again so there must be something wrong on how the guy from the greater canadian change oil replaced my battery and how he installed it. That is not the end of the story, after getting my car that day, the following day I went to work and I have to drive the henday, my bottom splash guard came off and it got bent and broken as soon I arrived in my workplace. So I went back to this NOT so Greater Canadian change oil and explained all that happened to their manager. She said that her people did all the things that they have to do and nobody has to be blamed because it could be other things like the starter of the car, or with the splash guard. She said it is common because it was snowing a lot and there is a lot of snow during that week. I told her it was very timely that after they touched my car all these things happened and I was in disbelief and cant stop shaking my head and she told me I am free to leave if I continue to be like that, what a way to reverse the situation so I can appear to be bad. If you are going to look at the reviews here, I believe she gets a lot of complaints, what a day for me. I end up going to Honda dealership to replace my splash guard costed me 600 cad. In total I spent 1200 cad for everything because of the decision that I really regret going to that place. And in reality and what I learned, just don't go this place not because of my bad experience but because if something happens to your car nobody can really fix it. These people are no mechanic and no offense to their people but their knowledge is very limited so when something happens to your car- their fault or not, you will be calling a tow truck and find mechanic to solve the problem. Just go to your trusted dealership or a store like this with mechanic so if something comes up, they will be able to solve the issue of the car. The NOT so Greater Canadian Change oil
