Great service, friendly staff. Was greated by a wonderful female Labrador. It gives mom and pop run business vibes while still being a large chain. I go here for whenever I need my summer/winter tires changed.

I went to this location to have my tires changed for my truck (2023 F450). My previous tire was only a year old, however I wasn't comfortable with driving it. I was told by my friends that this was a good location to have new tires installed. I bought tires (Toyo) from them to have it installed. When the installation was done, I noticed that the rims were damaged and one of the rims was very damaged with multiple scratches and dents (almost as if they had used a hammer and pry bar). I told the sales person named Brice and he took couple of pictures and that he would bring it up to the manager. He was insisting that some damages were already there but this was a brand new rim. I also showed my mechanic and he said that the rims were damaged and if there was a flat tire, the rims would not hold up and that it would be dangerous to drive. I am still waiting for their response.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend the Fountain Tire on 50th Street and Roper Road! The entire team was incredibly kind, super knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my complex auto starter issues. Most impressively, when every other place was booked for weeks, they went above and beyond to work me into their busy schedule. This level of service, expertise, and willingness to help is truly exceptional, and they deserve every bit of this 5-star rating. Also the Cooper snow claw tires they reccomended are absolutely amazing 👏 barely any slip even on pure ice.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
