I was treated like an intelligent human being by the rep at the sales desk. I was given all of the information I needed in order to make a decision that I can be happy with, and he was very patient with my questions. They were able to get my vehicle in for installation within a reasonable time frame and my car was in the shop very shortly after I checked in. Even they waiting room was pleasant. Sunny, clean, had a TV, coffee bar and water cooler. The whole place had a very calm vibe.
