I stopped at four other tire shops before going to Fountain Tire. Right from the beginning, it was a pleasure dealing with the staff. I was treated like an intelligent human being by the rep at the sales desk. I was given all of the information I needed in order to make a decision that I can be happy with, and he was very patient with my questions. They were able to get my vehicle in for installation within a reasonable time frame and my car was in the shop very shortly after I checked in. Even they waiting room was pleasant. Sunny, clean, had a TV, coffee bar and water cooler. The whole place had a very calm vibe.

Omar is the only person I trust with my tires and quotes, he’s honest and has empathy. He explains everything and is quick. I’m a loyal FT customer and while the other location messed up Omar made up for it by really helping me today.

Had my vehicle in for tire rotation, new windshield and to look at the brakes as they were constantly squeaking. Got the fronts replaced under warranty. Great service by the owner, when I arrived to pick my truck up.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
