Bad service. I booked my car for an alignment at 1 pm; however, an hour and a half later, they told me they were busy and couldn't do my car today. What is the appointment for, and why, after an hour and a half they remember to say that.. Bad customer services..

Was in today for a quick tire swap. Finished 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Service is always fantastic at this location, and their prices are the best around.

Took my new to me truck here because they seemed to have decent reviews, that was a mistake! Brought my truck in to have it looked at as it was leaking oil around the starter. After an inspection I received a quote for $5500 to have the leak fixed, swap new tires and fix almost all the front end components. Shocked at the price I told them to just fix the oil leak and swap the tires and that changed the quote to $1560. It seemed like an ok price as it was leaking a decent amount of oil and they were fixing a few issues! Unfortunately once I got home I had noticed the truck was leaking just as much oil if not more and it seemed to have an air leak from the value covers they had just replaced. After taking the truck back to them to look at it again I was told it would need another $1500 in work to fix the oil leak. Obviously outraged at the fact I had just spent $1500 I took my truck to another shop to get a second opinion and I was told that almost everything quoted wasn’t needed to be replaced and that they missed things that they shouldn’t have! I would avoid bringing any car or truck here as they have no idea how to actually work on things or diagnose issues.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
