I was absolutely blown away with how I was treated when I walked into the store. Tj Welcome to me and asked how he could help. There was something dragging on the bottom of my car and I told him I was going on the highway to pick up something very important. There was nowhere to even park. It was so jampacked. I knew they were extremely busy. He had one moment of I have no idea how I could make this work… but I swear I could see him staring right through my eyes and understanding that this meant more than it seemed. He said, give me a minute… You got one of his amazing staff named Rheenan Who no doubt was pulled away from a project he was working on already. He was welcoming and warm and had a kindness and selflessness about him.
This was a truly remarkable and euphoric experience one that I was in desperate need of. TJ was right when he looks past my eyes this was much bigger than it seemed. I am so extremely grateful for the unmeasurable kindness that I received from everybody in that fountain tire store today.

Tried calling these guys multiple times. Nobody picks up the phone . This is poor management for sure and shows how much they care for the customer. I will take my business elsewhere. My time is important to me and if they cannot hire a simple receptionist to take calls then these guys are really not the best. This is how a business looses money. They prob dont even check the reviews to see how to improve.. this would be a huge improvement

Had an issue with the 4 wheel drive on my 2008 Silverado. Initial diagnosis was that the actuator was defective would have been an $1100 repair. When I picked it up the repair cost a little over $400. Turned that the mode selector switch was intermittent. Nice to deal with competent, honest people. Riley was the fellow I dealt with.

I was looking for a synthetic oil change. I called Fountain tire for an estimate. 130$ for a synthetic oil change, and they told me if it went over 5 liters, they would charge me extra. 130$ for an oil change, and they are going to charge me extra for a quarter liter of oil? I called Midas, 99$ all in. If they are going to charge you extra for even if you just go over 5 liters, who knows what else they are over charging. Trust me, only in it for the money.
I just received a message from the owner. He tried to justify paying 30 dollars more for the same oil change at Midas. Midas has everything he said, at a cheaper price. It also has better google reviews than his shop., He failed to mention the extra charge for going slightly over 5 liters. There is a promotion going on now at Midas when you get an oil change, you get a free one. Check out the picture below.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
