Sat outside of the bay for 10 minutes waiting for a retorque before I decided to just leave. Bunch of text came to the window and stared at me but nobody came out to torque my tires. Reply: this was a drop in for a retorque, not an appointment therefore you would not have contact information. Was instructed to pull in front of bay one and just ended up sitting there half blocking traffic in the parking lot due to poorly designed bay entrances and exits.

the best tire shop/work crew I have ever experienced. My car died at the gas station and i came into to their shop crying and they came and boosted me, and also told me a couple other things that were wrong that they fixed. Genuinely made my week and I will suggest every single person to go to this shop because of the kind and helpful crew! Didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all I could probably cry if I focus on too much on how much they helped me. As a girl I usually hate going into any vehicle place on my own because I've dealt with condescending people, but I'm fully assured that these guys are honest people. thanks guys !!:)

I had a flat tire and took my vehicle to Fountain Tire. They were able to patch the tire right away, switch it with my spare, and had everything finished in under 30 minutes. The service was efficient, friendly, and very reasonably priced at under $50. I would 100% come back here for future service, even though there’s a location closer to me. Really impressed with how smooth the whole process was.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
