Bunch of text came to the window and stared at me but nobody came out to torque my tires. Reply: this was a drop in for a retorque, not an appointment therefore you would not have contact information. Was instructed to pull in front of bay one and just ended up sitting there half blocking traffic in the parking lot due to poorly designed bay entrances and exits.

The service was efficient, friendly, and very reasonably priced at under $50. I would 100% come back here for future service, even though there’s a location closer to me. Really impressed with how smooth the whole process was.
