I’ve been to Fountain Tire Heritage more than once now, and they continue to exceed my expectations every time. I recently went in for another oil change and vehicle service, and once again the team was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure the job is done right. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers this level of service. I always leave with confidence in my vehicle, and a big smile on my face. Highly recommend!

I took my 2008 Lincolin Navigator in for new tires today.
I was treated fairly and professionally by the staff here.
The work was done within the time frame I was quoted.
And at the price agreed to.
I took Uptown Brown on the QE2 and once again ride was smooth as silk.
Thank you guys

Sat outside of the bay for 10 minutes waiting for a retorque before I decided to just leave. Bunch of text came to the window and stared at me but nobody came out to torque my tires.
Reply: this was a drop in for a retorque, not an appointment therefore you would not have contact information. Was instructed to pull in front of bay one and just ended up sitting there half blocking traffic in the parking lot due to poorly designed bay entrances and exits.

the best tire shop/work crew I have ever experienced. My car died at the gas station and i came into to their shop crying and they came and boosted me, and also told me a couple other things that were wrong that they fixed.
Genuinely made my week and I will suggest every single person to go to this shop because of the kind and helpful crew! Didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all I could probably cry if I focus on too much on how much they helped me. As a girl I usually hate going into any vehicle place on my own because I've dealt with condescending people, but I'm fully assured that these guys are honest people. thanks guys !!:)

Phenomenal customer service and truly extraordinary service. Honest responses to my concerns and very thorough. As someone with a lot of anxiety around having my vehicle serviced, they eased all of my worries. I cannot suggest them enough.thanks a million to the guys in store.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
