My car died at the gas station and i came into to their shop crying and they came and boosted me, and also told me a couple other things that were wrong that they fixed. Genuinely made my week and I will suggest every single person to go to this shop because of the kind and helpful crew! Didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all I could probably cry if I focus on too much on how much they helped me. As a girl I usually hate going into any vehicle place on my own because I've dealt with condescending people, but I'm fully assured that these guys are honest people. thanks guys !!:)

Dropped car off at 7 am put keys in drop box with details and contact info, took an uber to work. Took an uber to the shop to pick up the car after work. It turns out they didn’t check the drop box and my key was still in it. So they didn’t check the drop box or call or text asking if I was still going to come to my appointment. The guy offered to do it but I have to pick a child from daycare. What a joke.
