I recently left a highly critical review of the Fountain Tire in Riverbend Square; however, I decided to retract it because the business was very prompt in reaching out to me afterwards. They provided a thorough explanation of their policies and procedures, and this greatly enhanced my understanding of what happened during my most recent visit for a flat repair. I really appreciate that they put in the time and effort to contact me and to let me know what unfolded and why. This gave me a much clearer picture of what occurred during that service. They also offered to rectify the situation, which I am very grateful for, and I do not believe it is fair to leave a negative review in the public domain when the business has made a genuine effort towards reconciliation. I appreciate that the business reviewed the situation and communicated with me about the relevant information. They were also very prompt and professional in doing so. Reaching out to angry clients is not easy, so it is commendable that they did this. Overall, I feel much better about what happened, and I appreciate the explanation that I was given.

This is my local tire shop and wanted to support local, but been here couple times and never give me that welcome feeling. So I went to spend more than 4500 on winter tires for 2 trucks at kaltire. This place even made my wife wait forever for just a wheel torque. So she left.

I recently visited Fountain Tire Riverbend for a repair to my 2022 Ford Escape. The repair was fixed right the first time, for a reasonable price, completed when promised and was treated courteously. What more could I ask for.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Fountain Tire. They’ve helped me with a few projects over the years, most notably a tricky repair to my car’s air conditioner. They worked with me until they found the right fix and stayed patient and supportive, even when I was frustrated with the situation itself. I also go to them for my seasonal tire changes. The team is fast, friendly, and straightforward. They don’t oversell and are clear about what actually needs to be done. I trust their work and would gladly recommend them.

I recently visited Fountain Tire in Riverbend for a new set of winter tires, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The team went above and beyond from start to finish. They helped me choose the best options, provided clear quotes, ordered the tires quickly, and handled the installation smoothly. What truly stood out was their honesty and integrity. The new rims had a few scratches, and before I even noticed, they pointed it out themselves and ordered replacements right away. While I was waiting for the new rim to be installed, my son’s school called about a minor accident. Without me asking, the staff immediately asked the shop to speed up the process so I could get to the school as soon as possible. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care really touched me. This is service with heart. I would give them 10 out of 10 and highly recommend Riverbend Fountain Tire to anyone. Thank you for being so amazing!

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
