  Absolutely top notch customer service and product! From the Manager to the Front Desk Team, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful, making my rental experience excellent. I will definitely rent from them whenever the need arises and will recommend this Company and their Team to others.

  I booked a truck in the afternoon, and the next day they called me in the morning and said that there were no trucks available. I had booked a trailer and an appointment for loading, but because of their irresponsibility, I lost money on the trailer reservation and had to reschedule the pickup for the next day, which cost me money due to downtime

  0 stars for enterprise truck What an awful experience at enterprise. I need to rent a truck for the next day so I called them and asked for availability as I needed the truck on such a short notice. I was assured that there were vans available and that I could come in the next day to pick up at 9 am when they open. I got up bright and early and made my way to enterprise to pick up the rental, and turns out they didn’t have any vehicles available not even one. There was a reservation made in my name but there was no vehicle available? Why would you book a reservation when you have to no vehicles available?? Ridiculous! Not only did they waste my time but they also offered no help when I asked them to check if any other locations had any trucks available that I could rent. The branch manager Tareibi continued to ignore me as I stood at the counter asking for his help. Such disrespectful behaviour and such bad customer service. All he said he could do was to give me rental if anyone returned a truck today but even that he’s not sure if any of the trucks will be returned today. What a pathetic answer. The least he could have done was to ask a different location, but I guess that would be too much of an effort on his end. If I did not urgently need truck I would not have called the location specifically and asked for their truck availability only to then waste my entire morning with zero help from this manager.
