The staff were rude and did not treat customers with respect. I felt ignored and not valued as a customer, which made the whole rental process stressful and frustrating. I believe customers deserve to be treated professionally and with basic courtesy, but that was not my experience at this location. I’m sharing this so others are aware before choosing to rent from here.
