    The very first reservation I made at this location, everything went smoothly. No issues whatsoever, but then the next 3 reservations here, they told me that they did not have any vehicles available, even though I confirmed with a phone call and I confirmed on their website plus via email!!! Let me tell you....I was utterly disappointed in the services I received. The guys at the counter suggested i try another location, and they said they don't know why my reservation was confirmed. I told them maybe they shouldn't have confirmed my reservation Over the phone and on the computer and on the app!!! I called the nearest location, on yellowhead trail, i talked to a guy there and he was able to book me a vehicle and said that it will be there when I get there after I reiterated exactly what just happened here at this west end location. The guy reassured me that there's a vehicle here for me. So I went over there and lo and behold the same BS HAPPENED!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT HAPPENED AGAIN!! NO APOLOGY, NO NOTHING FROM THAT GUY.EXCEPT TO SAY, "WE'RE OUT, THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO" I don't know if it's the staff that are incompetent OR ARE THEY not being truthful. WHAT REALLY GETS ME UPSET IS THE FACT THAT I LIVE 70 MINUTES AWAY AND HAVING TO RUSH TO THEIR LOCATION ONLY TO BE DISAPPOINTED, REALLY HURTS ME SO MUCH THAT I JUST WANTED TO CRY. But of course, I have to suck it up and walk away... PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

    First experience with a rental. I had to get one for an accident while my car was being repaired. I would say first thing in the morning is one of their busiest times so I did have to wait to be picked up as well as to get my rental although I was scheduled to be there that day. I would say they should possibly schedule by time for pickups and not just the day and maybe it would alleviate wait times. The staff is great, big smiles and as helpful as possible. I was able to get an suv similar to features of my own personal vehicle. When I first got the car I noticed it was close to empty so the rep made sure to go get it filled before I took it. The only thing I didnt really feel comfortable with was the glass coverage insurance. I felt somewhat pressured and just worried about not having it but also feeling like it was impacting my budget. I figured because of my own insurance I wouldnt be paying anything out of pocket. I understand it from their standpoint because glass repair is not cheap especially on the newer vehicles but having to feel pressure about what-ifs, is definitely nerve racking. If something were to happen and you didnt have glass coverage your insurance company would pay but you would be charged your deductible(which is usually higher than the cost of their coverage) and have your premium rates impacted by 25%. I think if they could make it more afforable it wouldnt be such a big deal but $16/ day is a bit high considering my car was out for a minimum of a week. They could possibly provide a lower amount for people renting cars based on insurance claims/vehicle repairs. Repairs can be unpredictable for timelines and having that $16/ day accumulate, can cost someone alot. You are able to cancel at anytime which is also nice but just having the added stress of not knowing what to do. Then if you end up paying and nothing happens it just feels like wasted money, but I understand that is the whole basis of insurance. All in all though the staff were what made it a great experience. I know every company has policies to follow so informing people about the risks and insurances are normal to do. I would recommend people to this business. I would also hope corporate reads this and try to make adjustments to the glass coverage part.

    I had a great experience with Nick Bandal at Enterprise. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire rental process. Nick took the time to understand my needs, explained all the options clearly, and made everything smooth and hassle-free. His customer service skills really stand out, and he genuinely cares about making sure customers have a positive experience. Highly recommend asking for Nick if you’re renting from this location!

    I had a great experience. I was in a car accident, and by the time I got to the auto body shop. They called enterprise and enterprise, sent someone to pick me up. Take me there, fill out the paperwork, get the. Rental, they were extremely helpful and polite. Special shout out to Jarrot Shaugnessy ( sorry if I spelled it wrong) He was the first staff to help me out.Let everyone after that.And during that time, we're also great.
