  VERY UPSET! ENTERPRISE CHEATED US. THEY STOLE OVER $300 FROM SENIORS. I am writing because I feel so hurt and angry. This Enterprise office is dishonest. My husband and I are older, and we do not speak or read English well, especially the papers. After our car was damaged, we went here for a rental. I told the worker to call our son to help us. My son called the agent and told him DO NOT PUT the expensive extra CDW insurance on the car. But the worker lied to us. He saw we could not read the paper fast and he tricked us into signing it with the extra insurance. We thought we could trust Enterprise, but they fooled us. They made us pay over $300 when we returned the car. They did this because our English is weak. When my son called to fix this, a man named “Kyle” was very rude. He lied and said I told him yes to the insurance later on a phone call. This is not true! They keep telling lies to cover up that they cheated us. The $300 is gone but I'd just like to warn others - if you are seniors or do not speak English well, stay away from this place. They are tricksters.

  WARNING: PREDATORY SCAM TARGETING VULNERABLE SENIORS (UNAUTHORIZED $300+ CHARGE) This Enterprise location employs predatory and deceptive practices. My senior parents (who are persons of color and have limited English) were sent here by their insurance. I, their son, explicitly was contacted because of the language barrier and instructed the enterprise agent NOT to add the optional CDW insurance. Despite my clear instructions, the agent took advantage of my parents' language barrier and fraudulently pressured them into signing a contract that included the $300+ CDW coverage we declined and supposedly followed up with them to confirm the adding of the insurance. This is a transparent act of preying on vulnerable customers. When I called for resolution, "Kyle" was combative, dishonest, and outright lied about the details of the contract signing and follow-up calls. This staff is prioritizing scamming vulnerable clients over honest service. They are hiding behind a signature obtained through deception. In a perfect world, I would require an immediate, full refund for the unauthorized CDW charges; however, as talking to this staff is like talking to a brick wall and I am not hurting for compensation, I have opted to just write this review to warn others of their practices at this location. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Alberta's Consumer Investigations Unit (CIU). AVOID this location at all costs.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise! It’s unfortunate I don’t remember the gentleman who helped me at pickup, but if there’s any way to link my booking to him, please thank him for me he was fast, professional, and super helpful. The person who assisted me at drop-off was also great both made the whole process quick and easy. The only small downside was that the premium car I had originally booked wasn’t available. They offered me an SUV upgrade, but I decided to go with a Chevy sedan instead, which was clean, comfortable, and ran perfectly. It would still be nice if this location carried more premium cars in the future. I also really appreciated the follow-up call a few days after pickup to make sure everything was going well that kind of customer care really stands out. Excellent service overall — 5 stars, guys! 👏🚗

  It was a very tough day for me because I originally planned to rent a car near Whyte Avenue, but when I arrived, they told me there were no cars available. I called more than 11 rental locations, and everyone said they had no cars today. Only this branch was able to provide me with one. The car was new, with only 28,000 kilometres on it. I was very satisfied with the quality of the vehicle and the customer service. I’ll recommend this place to all my friends, colleagues, and anyone looking to rent a car — because the people working here are truly the best.
