  Great customer service, they answered all my questions and guided me through my insurance claim. Made sure I had a vehicle that I would be comfortable with as I had the vehicle for over a month. Thank you Enterprise.

  Spent 20 on an Uber over here just for them to deny me paying with my debit card and not accepting my proof of address. Was dismissed coldly and no restitution. My guess is they didn't see my 2 day rental as worth it so were looking to not rent me the vehicle. Total clown show.

  I would give 0 stars for this location if I could! The manager Ryan is extremely passive aggressive and very sardonic. Was in to pick up a rental through insurance, and was told that there was no reservation for me, even though the reservation had been sent to them at the end of January! YES, I did see confirmation of it being sent and received on the day the reservation was made, as well as confirming that morning of scheduled pickup that the reservation had been sent AND received, and once again I was shown proof of the reservation being sent to and being received by this Enterprise location, but yet Ryan was still adament that they had never received any reservation request. He was also not very accommodating at all whatsoever with the payment method of the required deposit. I left this location, which had absolutely no interest in helping to accommodate my situation and did not seem to care about customer service at all, and went to a different Enterprise location where I had absolutely ZERO issues at all! The staff at the location that actually helped me out were very understanding about my situation and the customer service I received there was wonderful, they were also very confused as to what the issue at the Yellowhead location was, especially considering it was all being taken care of through insurance! I have used Enterprise multiple times in the past 15 years, and have never had the issues or extremely poor customer service that I just experienced with this Yellowhead location and will never go to this Yellowhead location again, nor will I ever recommend anyone else use the Yellowhead location!

  Great experience very accommodating. Then boss man even let me with for a higher end vehicle to be cleaned so I could hsve it as s rental instead of putting me in whatever was available at thst exact time.. customer service was top notch and Ryan's always on the go when they are busy that man's a gem fir your store as well as all the employees every one hsppy . Hope hes appreciated it know I appreciate him there thanks again enterprise see you on the next one
