The management team is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to make everything smooth from booking to drop-off, while the customer service reps are very efficient and provide exceptional service. I originally booked a pickup truck, but when backing it up, I realized it was too long for my needs—Ryan was incredibly helpful, quickly replacing it with a Volkswagen SUV that was an amazing drive on the snowy, packed streets we had that day and handled the snow and ice perfectly. Their vast vehicle inventory offers plenty of reliable options for local trips, with transparent pricing and friendly service that exceeds expectations—five stars!

There was a strong, heavy smell throughout the cabin, as if the car had been smoked in constantly for a long time — the odor was deeply embedded and impossible to ignore. There were visible stains on the seats, stains on the gear shifter, and all interior windows were dirty and covered in smudges. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for a rental vehicle. A car should be clean, fresh, and ready for the next customer, and handing it over in this state shows a serious lack of respect and professionalism. This experience clearly reflects poor attention to detail and disregard for basic service standards. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this service and have no intention of renting from them again.
