  I’ve been here twice in the last couple weeks… I was very impressed in the level of service. Fast, very friendly and knowledgeable. I booked via phone, quick and easy. The vehicles were very clean, ran great. I actually had someone compliment the vehicle I was driving😃 Thank you for the great experience!

  This was my first time renting a car, and Enterprise completely ruined the experience. My brother made the reservation, but I never received any confirmation email. Since nothing came through, I called the branch to check if they had actually received the booking. They confirmed they did, but said the car we originally selected was no longer available. They told me they had modified the reservation and that I would get a different vehicle for the same price. I agreed to the change and informed the staff that I would be arriving around 11:10 AM. Before heading there, I even called to let them know I was running a bit late. I told them I would arrive in 3 minutes, which was true. They didn’t mention any issue. But when I arrived—literally 3 minutes later—they suddenly told me they had no cars available. The same staff member I spoke to on the phone even claimed that I “just booked an hour ago” and that they were “kind of busy”. I had already called beforehand, and that was the time he should have informed me if there was an issue. Instead, he said nothing at all. They completely wasted my time, effort, and money for Uber, only for me to show up and be told there was no car. If they had been honest when I called, all of this could have been avoided. The lack of communication, organization, and accountability was unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this location at all.

  Very good service a week ago, and a reliable, comfortable car with a great price. They also answered my questions well, via text - which they initiated at the beginning of my rental period. Admittedly however, it took a while (sometimes a day) to get replies. One concern is they gave me a car with all-season tires, which didn’t go well when I had to drive for hours up to a northern community. Fortunately a friendly person with a truck & rope pulled me out of the driveway where I got stuck. The roads with fresh snow at times felt uncomfortably slippery for this very seasoned driver. Winter or even all-weather tires would’ve been far superior in that instance. I told them about the issue, they apologized & agreed that wasn’t the best situation, said they’d do better. Perhaps in future they could just make it standard policy to ask each client what type of tires they’ll need, if they have a mix of types on various cars when a season is already changing over. Other than that short-lived issue, overall a very positive experience.

  The staff here have always been wonderful and do their job perfectly, no issues renting and returning with them. Definitely one of the best rental operations in the city, thanks for all your help and diligence!

  Enterprise ALWAYS treats me right. No matter the hiccup Manny responds calmly and effectively. The truck was a pleasure to take on a highway day trip.
