  I'd recommend this store! The team at 50th street location were super caring, friendly and treated me with respect and kindness. Looked after my needs immediately. Jesse, Aaliyah, and the other fellow, his name escapes me, but thank you, thank you, thank you 😊

  This location (Edmonton, 129th Ave/50th St) gives exceptional service. Thorough explanations and polite and thoughtful. Never seem harried, and you feel valued as an individual customer. Highly recommend them for service.

  We needed to rent a vehicle when ours was in the shop. The staff at the 50 street location took care of us, listened to what we needed and then provided a vehicle that suited us well.

  If I could put zero stars I would, staff is very poorly trained / service is not there at all. I’ve rented from this pacific location many times (only cause it is close to my home) and it is nothing but trouble. Whether it is the service experience, vehicle troubles or having me do the run around to get a vehicle. On one occasion I rented a vehicle a week in advance the morning of pick up I called an hour after my reservation to let them know I was running late and to see how much the deposit was going to be so I can make sure I had enough on my MasterCard. The man on the phone told me the price plus the cost of the car rental itself. As I got to the location the same man I talked to on the phone let me know that they gave my vehicle away that morning and that he tried to call me to let me know. Once I told him I never got a call from him or anyone for that matter he began to tell me it was him himself that called me and left a voicemail, I showed him my call long for that morning and no one called but from when I called them myself. He began to let me know he wasn’t able to get me another rental as the car lot was empty , and he needed 30/45 minutes to figure out another rental situation for me. I explained too him that I wasn’t going to be getting the vehicle/ rental for two days as I planned then because half the day was already wasted plus the time of me waiting. He said that was fine and to wait , After 30 minutes he let me know that I could travel 45 minutes across the city from north to west to get a vehicle from another location, I let him know that I would need a ride as I didn’t have a vehicle and that’s why I was renting a vehicle from them after another 15 minutes he told me that if I pay for my Uber to the location the vehicle was at I would get the $ off my car rental. I booked my own Uber and paid the Uber out of my own pocket arrived at the location, very friendly staff I could notice the difference right away. Although the gentleman helping me got annoyed once I told him that it was only 1 day instead of 2, he made a comment saying “he never told me that”. Right away he called the guy from the other location and asked him. He got me started with renting the car but the deposit was 350$ instead of the 150$ he told me on the phone, unfortunately I did not have the $ on my MasterCard and was not able to rent the vehicle as I had no vehicle to run to the bank to put more $ on my MasterCard. Standing inline frustrated 7 months pregnant, and trying to make it to a staff Christmas party 3 hrs away I could hear the gentleman on the phone at the other location saying “why is she making everything so difficult” “there’s nothing I can do I never said that” “I'm not bringing her back here”. After speaking to the manager there was nothing they could do, they weren’t offering me my money back or even a credit for the misunderstanding. He never had the audacity to get me back to the first location which is closer too my house / a ride. Unfortunately I was stranded at that location for 3 hrs in the middle of winter 7 months pregnant. Never again will I be renting from this location or enterprise in general.
