  Had to explain to the operator 4 times I needed a quote to submit to my insurance company. Operator refused to listen. I requested to have the quote emailed. He refused to email me a quote unless I physically booked a reservation. Not understanding what is so difficult about email an estimate

  I am very happy with the service from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They treated us in an excellent and respectful manner. I would especially like to thank Mr. MJ, who was extremely kind and supportive when I contacted them during an emergency situation. His professionalism and helpful attitude made a stressful time much easier for us. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the 50 Street location. They provided the right vehicle for winter conditions an SUV equipped with all-terrain tires. I was completely satisfied with the service. Thank you.
