Luckily, I eventually got connected with Mijin, and he completely turned the experience around. He understood my frustration right away and went above and beyond to help. When I arrived to pick up the car, Mijin was helping four customers at once—seamlessly. He handled everything with patience, professionalism, and an incredible work ethic. It was obvious he is one of the hardest workers there and someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction. I’m writing this review because people like Mijin deserve to be recognized. He is the reason I’m leaving a 5-star review. Outstanding service. Give this man a raise—he’s running the place!
- NNNo NameOct 11, 20251.0Gave me a rental with a slow leak, tried to resolve this with the Yellowhead location as they were open late. They were not accommodating at all and gave no customer service, said I would have to go to another location the following day in the middle of my work day. Drove to the 178th location, customer service was good and accommodating, gave me a replacement vehicle to drive as the other vehicle kept getting a flat tire. Wouldn't ever rent from Yellowhead location, would consider renting from 178th location. Unlikely to rent from enterprise again if another option is available.
