Overall, my experience at this Enterprise location is extremely positive. The staff is friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Due to my work, I pick up a rental about once a month during the winter-spring season. Rav et al. make the process smooth and enjoyable—I genuinely look forward to interacting with them when I go in. 10/10, no notes on customer service. One star docked for slick tires on my most recent rental, rendering me unable to properly brake after a heavy snowfall, thus missing a turn on my way to work. All other rentals have been fine, snow or shine. Thank you!

The entire process was so streamlined and stress free. My insurance set up the rental details for me. When I arrived to pick up from an Enterprise location just a 5-10 minute walk from my home, they had a great selection of vehicles available. All the staff were super friendly and listened to my wants/needs for vehicle capabilities and capacities. They checked over the vehicle with me, showed me a very minor crack in the plastic fascia that I would not be responsible for. They made me feel safe that this vehicle was a good fit for me and in immaculate mechanical fitness. Shortly after signing a bit of paperwork; I was happily driving away in a brand new 2026 VW Taos. This vehicle has just the right amount of “zip” while still being incredibly fuel efficient. The return process was even easier than the pick up, and I was even offered a ride to pick up my vehicle from the autobody shop when the repairs on my vehicle were finished. I will definitely be using Enterprise for my future vehicle rentals and would happily recommend them to everyone I know!
