On previous occasions, it has worked like this, my insurance sends approval in advance for the loaner to Enterprise and I get a loaner vehicle. ( we have 5 vehicles and with traffic nowadays things happen)If they fail to send it then Enterprise calls the insurance company to get the approval. This was my first time at this location and Mr Akhil informed me that he doesn’t have any authorization from my insurance and I will have to be responsible for the payment if approval is not received. I requested him to contact the insurance but he told me that his team will contact the insurance but, he doesn’t know when. I tried to explain to him how it has worked in the past but he kept on repeating the same thing. His attitude was not helping and I ended up calling the automotive company that had booked the car on my insurance company’s behalf. I was supposed to get same body type of vehicle but they didn’t have it. Now, all he needed to do was talk politely with a helpful attitude to resolve the issue. The way I was trying to talk to him to get some clarity. But, he didn’t call for the approval or to check with other locations to see if they had a sedan. I didn’t want to argue so I called the automotive company and they found it weird that he was not calling the insurance company. I ended up getting a sedan from another Enterprise location with insurance approval. All it takes is a helpful attitude. Being stern and disrespectful doesn’t help anyone.

I just want to acknowledge what exceptional service they provided!
