  My truck was shutting down on its own while driving or idling. Kenworth scanned and found code 559 mostly and few others. did restriction, pressure flow, fuel pump, injectors test etc. Kenworth also changed most of the fuel related sensors or valves spent close to 10k and the truck could not. I passed the information from Kenworth to Cummins to help them solve the issue, but Cummins wanted to do their own test, also put it on dyno. After this, Cummins said they found fuel filter was wrong (by the way Kenworth said same thing and had changed it , the filter had 200 hours) also water separator “possible seal or small crack” they said not sure where exactly but they suggested to changed it, another code on DPF side which reads low volt, Injector doser not doing according to the spec needed to be changed. Cummins suggested that they did want to trace, find and fix the broken wire, instead they have to change the harness which would cost over $3000 for parts and 8hrs labor. When trying to remove Injector doser, they broke one bolt and did not want try remove the second one, instead they recommended changing with reactor decomposition attached to it, parts cost over $5000. I asked them if they could extract the bolt, said no must change with its over 11k. I found another shop can fix it for me without changing the reactor decomposition, The new shop extracted the broken bolt, removed and installed the new injector doser 4hrs labor. paid over 5k for the work Cummins said they did regarding stalling intermittently. took my truck did not even drive 10mins from their shop when it shut down at the traffic light, after that the truck shut down at least 8 times before it reached the shop. Cummins had the truck for 7 days; I lost one full week of work and paid them over 5k for the unprofessional work. I would not recommend anyone to go over there, they do not care about there customer at all !!!!

  They are pleasant, informed and usually have what you need on shelf. Really can't ask for much more.

  Do not buy a Cummins generator!! Paid $7,700 for standby generator in Dec 2020 and quit with High AC error code in October 2025. Generator had 114 hours usage with majority being weekly maintenance start up. My online trouble shooting search indicated probably a circuit board issue. Still under warranty for parts so went into shop for analysis. Told by technician that every test possible had to be completed before doing a circuit board test. After $3,450 shop time new circuit board installed with Cummins paying $3,150 parts. Total of $6,600 for fixing. Basically a throw away unit. Good luck

  Over the weekend, we experienced an equipment breakdown that needed immediate attention. Fortunately, this business had an after hours call out service, and a gentleman named Paul was able to help us out multiple times to get us back up and running and back out on our project. Paul went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we had everything we needed. Paul was knowledgeable, and eager to help us out. Thank you, appreciate all the help.
