Recently, I noticed that there was some rust starting to develop in the area of the repair. Without hassle, Boyd agreed to fix the rust for me free of charge and even rented me a vehicle while the repairs were being completed. Boyd did a fantastic job repairing and repainting the damaged panel - it's like new. I did notice a few issues with the reinstallation of some parts. However, I brought that up with Sukh at Boyd, and he was very attentive in resolving those issues to my satisfaction. Overall, I really appreciated how Boyd Yellowhead handled the situation. They took responsibility for the earlier repair, fixed the issue without any hassle, and made sure I was looked after throughout the process. Even when there were small things that needed attention, they took care of them quickly and professionally. It's good to know there are still shops out there that stand by their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable auto body service.
