  Dropped vehicle off on Tuesday, they said would be ready Thursday or Friday at the latest. Called Thursday and was told I would get a call back regarding the status. Did not receive it. Called Friday and told “it’s in the body shop”, I know, I dropped it off there will not be ready? I’m then told Wednesday next week, I asked what changed and was told “glass guys didn’t call us to pick it up”. Seems this company is not proactive with vehicles they have in their shop, customer service has been non chalant and dismissive, not helpful at all and unwilling to give info. The timeline im looking at is now 8 days after what was quoted, with no update until I called them, this after the vehicle being scheduled in a month prior. They clearly were not prepared. Don’t bother with this company, take your business elsewhere.

  Tldr: unprofessional, left a mess and additional damages after repairing vehicle. Consistently cannot have things ready in time period promosed My insurance company recommended here for a bad door dent and mirror damage. The quote went well and I appreciated the thoroughness. The day before repairs were to begin at the end of the business day I got a call saying a part hadn't shown up and they couldn't do repair. The receptionist, though she was nice failed to give me a clear idea of what part was missing justifying her lack of knowledge with the phrase "I'm just a girl the shop guys know more". Weeks pass and my car is finally brought in. The repairs took a couple days longer than they were supposed to and when I finally recieved my vehicle the manufacturers badging wasn't added back, my seats, wheel and arm rest were FILTHY.(looks like they didn't put plastic coverings down) the paint job was sloppy with a bunch of little bubbles and there's additional scratches and marks in the paint that were not present upon dropping off the vehicle. They mostly cleaned my seats by spraying them down though they left the dirty armrest and I was told the manager would be in touch regarding repairing the damage they caused. He left that day early without contacting me. I finally got in touch with him and he agreed to repair it though insisted they didn't cause the damage. When I actually went to drop off my vehicle for the repairs the gentleman I spoke to gave me attitude and nearly refused to do the repairs I was promised. They ended up not having the vehicle ready in the time period the manager promised and I didn't have another ride so I had to pick up my car without having the repairs done.

  AVOID BOYD! Terrible customer service. Took longer than they had originally told me. Then when they finally called it was to tell me they “scratched” my vehicle. Turns out they had to replace a door, fender, window and paint it. Super sleazy to hide and it and even knew to alter my quote when I asked under 5k so they didn’t “legally” have to report it to the police. I asked multiple times for pictures and was never provided them, so went to see it myself and was beside myself. This place is why no one trusts the auto industry. AVOID BOYD! Follow up response: No one has followed up with us to address any issues actually. We have our vehicle back and since taken it to Volkswagen themselves to fix at our cost, rather than deal with your shop. Thanks.
