  The staff is excellent very understanding and easy to deal with in difficult situations. They do go above and beyond when dealing with insurance issues which is very supportive given the stress that customers are under when dealing but these difficult circumstances. Beyond the amazing staff the quality of work is excellent. We were very happy with the result from a major accident that required significant work.

  I have to say dealing with a car accident and all the work that they had to do to my truck to get me back on the road is phenomenal. They worked with me they would phone me. Keep me updated. Keep me posted. They did everything that you needed to do or would want so I would definitely recommend these guys more and more to everybody that wanna get their vehicle fixed and did a fantastic job of matching everything up and lining everything up perfectly can’t really see any flaws or anything superior service I got from these guys and very easy to deal with.

  This location is the worst with poor painting and customer service. They had my vehicle months had to send it back multiple times. They painted over stickers had paint runs and fish eyes, panel clips loose and held with cheap 3m tape, misaligned doors, sand marks under finished paint,clear coated over sanded metal, dents and cracked wire harness clips, paint spray into cabin onto seat. Got it back from that location with empty has and flat tire. Send to another boyd in st albert and they repainted and fixed issues. Dealership found damaged shock after I complained about bouncey ride. Insurance fixed thst through the dealership and I had to engage everything

  Hit a deer in my Honda Accord a while back and was recommended by a family member to get the work done at Boyd West. When I collected the car I noticed some pretty big body panel gaps between my hood and fender, big enough to fit my fingers down to the knuckles. I thought, no big deal, it's not gonna be perfect. Anyways a year later and i go to open my passenger door (the car had been parked a while) , and I notice it's rubbing quite hard on the fender every time I open or close it, taking all the new paint off. I also noticed a few pieces of interior trim were missing, which alltogether didn't give me a great feeling about the work that was done. So I figure I can shimmy the fender a bit and stop the door from catching it, maybe make the gaps a little smaller. When I removed the fender I noticed some missing screws and broken bumper clips, when the parts should have been brand new. Not sure if the technician broke them or was in a hurry or whatever, but that wasn't the part that ruined my day. Keep in mind they assured me they tracked down OEM parts when I went to them to get it fixed, and they quoted me the appropriate price for OEM. Upon closer inspection of my hood and fender, they are not Honda parts. Some kind of Chinese aftermarket that doesn't even fit right. After removing the fender, I also noticed one of the structural bolts fastening the door hinge is also missing. The repairs done on my car are absolutely unacceptable and I'm not sure what to do at this point. If I bring it in do I have to pay more money to fix your mistakes? I am extremely disappointed.

  Had an awesome experience with this shop! Eryn, Jeff, Zain, Adam and the whole team took such great care of our 4Runner. The work was top-notch and the vehicle came back looking amazing. I couldn’t make it in to pick it up, and Jeff (GM) personally dropped it off to me. That kind of service goes a long way. Super professional, high-quality work, highly recommend!
