  The staff is excellent very understanding and easy to deal with in difficult situations. They do go above and beyond when dealing with insurance issues which is very supportive given the stress that customers are under when dealing but these difficult circumstances. Beyond the amazing staff the quality of work is excellent. We were very happy with the result from a major accident that required significant work.

  I have to say dealing with a car accident and all the work that they had to do to my truck to get me back on the road is phenomenal. They worked with me they would phone me. Keep me updated. Keep me posted. They did everything that you needed to do or would want so I would definitely recommend these guys more and more to everybody that wanna get their vehicle fixed and did a fantastic job of matching everything up and lining everything up perfectly can’t really see any flaws or anything superior service I got from these guys and very easy to deal with.

  Not happy at all. Dropped off my vehicle to them early May and just got it back July 26 ( almost 3 months ) A good and organized business will update you on ETA of completion , and when releasing a completed job , quality control should check the vehicle if everything was done properly . Their suppose to replace a damage front tire which they did not , I have to point that out. After a day I went back and there is a code on my dash that they have to clear . New management is what their using for excuse. I don’t think insurance companies should recommend this Boyd Autobody Shop , I will make sure that my insurance company knows. Besides it’s them paying for the expenses. And being in the car business , I’ll make sure to tell all my sales staff and my customers to AVOID Boyd Autobody
