Over the Valentine's Day weekend I had the pleasure of visiting this AMA location. I was helped by Dawn who was knowledgeable about the services AMA could provide to help me, prompt with their completion of the work, thorough in ensuring I had all of my needs met, and extremely kind and friendly. Dawn made my visit a memorable one and is a reason why I would go out of my way to visit this location specifically in the future.

I genuinely don’t know how AMA manages to charge what they do for memberships while delivering service like this. For two years, I’ve used my partner’s membership without a single issue. Three separate tows, no problems, no complaints. Suddenly now I’m told I’m “not allowed” and when I mention that it’s never been an issue before, I would also like to clarify who I was talking with, Shauna on the phone told me “Well, you got lucky then.” Lucky. Interesting way to describe two years of consistent service. Now let’s talk about the actual “roadside assistance.” I booked a tow at 8:00 PM and was quoted over 13 hours. Thirteen. Hours. The app repeatedly told me “29 minutes away” except those 29 minutes apparently exist in some alternate universe where time doesn’t move forward. The ETA kept extending, I was assigned a driver and then immediately unassigned, and the supposed 9:34 AM arrival came and went while the time just continued climbing. You require customers to be present with keys in hand upon arrival, which is completely reasonable, except you provide no reliable updates and expect people to just sit around indefinitely. Overnight. Into the next day. Rearranging schedules. Wasting not only my time, but my stepdad’s time as well. I understand emergencies happen. I understand delays. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of transparency, the inconsistent enforcement of policy, and the dismissive customer service all from a company that charges premium membership fees. This was genuinely the most frustrating experience I’ve had with AMA. For the price paid, the service and communication were shockingly poor. After this, we won’t be renewing. “Lucky” or not. As well we did talk to Tracy on the phone and she was amazing trying to help and left a note on our profile to request a supervisor when I call back later today after we go through with a cheaper, better and more reliable company tow the vehicle. Never again will we waste our money on a company like this.

Went in person to get an auto insurance quote, they said there were some things about my application that caused it to need to be sent away for revie but were unable to tell me why. I was told they would get back to me in 15 business days. It has been 7 weeks and my policy is still under review. Definitely going to be looking elsewhere for insurance.

came here to see a travel agent to book a honey moon, Not only was she kind of rude saying to us "maybe you can just ask your parents for money to increase your budget". when we decided to change destinations to fit our budget better she didn't respect it offering us stuff at or above our budget. we booked with costco travel for half of our budget and looks like we will be getting a much better stay. dont waste 200$+ on a agent here.

Registries at this location needs to be better. Always a line up and 1 or 2 people working. It’s quicker to go to a private registry. What benefit is being a AMA member when it always a wait? Need to do better.
