Gurkeerat from Invictus was great. They said it might take four hours, but he showed up in 15 minutes. He was super fast and really nice to talk to. Great job!

Super long wait times. Been waiting for a tow since Friday. I understand that they need to get they triage but this is absurd. If you are considering a membership, save yourself some time and look elsewhere or just call a tow company as needed. Less stressful that way. AMA tends to let you down when you need it the most.

I had an amazing experience with Gurkeerat from Invictus. He arrived on time, communicated clearly, and handled everything with great care and professionalism. I really appreciate his effort and I’m very happy with the service I received.

We had been premier member for 20 years. We inquired town service , for the first time in this year 2025 ,and we have to wait 24 h , for that .. i am thinking in the renewal service for 2026 , it is not worth . Very disappointed with AMA . They deserve zero start ..

Started well, over time when you need them they give you less and less care. Trickle charged a batter faster then getting a boost, 6 hrs side of highway 16 with a delaminated tire, now brake failure and a 7 hr wait to get taken to a mechanic. Nice people, probably quicker going private, looking into bumper to bumper road side for next year. App says you used more calls then you did and other technical difficulties.
Regret renewing my membership.
When in negative 40 broken down by Boyle 4 years ago ama left me for over 12 hours while I wated for a tow on the side of a 100km highway.
18 months ago ama left me waiting for over 6hour on the side of hwy 16 when they were repaving and down to 1 lane cars passing me at 130+ ama didn't care then so saying priority given to hwy, no, thats a lie.
