I went to update my auto insurance and would like to thank the rep Dale for being so outstanding at the Kingsway location. He was kind and patient in explaining policies to me, making sure I could get any savings wherever possible. He went completely above and beyond even staying late to finish updating my policy. Thank you for all your help!

Poor service, when ama accidentally linked the wrong person to my membership, they refused to refund me even though i was unable to access my membership benefits during the period and lost money. Insurance services are expensive and they dont act like they care about you or your business and they cannot accomodate for their customers policy changes.
