- STSteven TanakaSep 25, 20252.0Overall an adequate establishment but I was not impressed by the quality of driver examiner on a driver's test a couple of years ago. Granted the road conditions were very poor and treacherous, freshly coated in ice without sand or salt. However, it seemed clear that the examiner did not grow up in a country with snow or ice. Hauling up on the hand brake, while the vehicle was already sliding, is a poor response to the situation. Noted that the student was not experienced or skilled for the conditions either.

Small business is usually better. I got a better quote and got my tow down very quickly.
