- DMDaniel MorenoFeb 6, 20261.0Absolute embarrassment of service from one of your employees at the desk. She handed me some forms to fill and then forgets she was helping me. I had to step in front of another patient customer and her excuse was she was tired. Ok no problem, but then she decides to forget about me again and leave to take her lunch break. Is that how AMA likes to treat customers? I wish I knew her name, but you can probably ask Lars, the actually good employee who helped me so I could leave and made sure all my forms were fine. So maybe ask your people who were working Feb 6th before 2 pm if that's something they'll like to improve on?
