  My insurance company suggested Boyd Autobody and Glass and boy am I happy they did. From start to finish the team was friendly, helpful and overall fantastic with my vehicle. It's like nothing happened at all!! 10/10 I will return for more work to my vehicle.

  My wifes car was side swiped, down the drivers side. Rear bumper, quarter panel, both doors, and front fender. As well as door handle. We had been dealing with Boyd in St Albert and their quality was lacking to say the least. We had to bring the cr back 5 times for pitting in the paint, panels not aligned, as well as keyless entry wouldn't work. We had made a complaint and directed to Boyd on the Yellowhead. Right from the start we could tell the service was different. They were polite, listened to our concerns, and even walked around the vehicle with is to fully understand. It was booked in and at pickup, I can't stress enough how happy we were. They were able to align the bumper, make the paint look like a mirror, and replaced the handle that the previous shop coated in sooooo many coats, the keyless didnt work. We can not say enough good things about their quality, staff, and overall experience. If our family is every involed in another collision, this shop is the only place that will EVER touch our vehicles again. Thank you

  Extremely disappointing experience. This company is just a middleman that subs out the work, which was never made clear. The workmanship issues were never properly addressed, and their warranty turned out to be useless when it actually mattered. Poor service, poor follow-through, and no accountability. Would not use again.

  Was very happy with repairs and paint matches. Had an engine light come on after repairs were done and they sent me to the dealership to have repairs and troubleshooting done. Totally at their cost. Damaged wire around the area initially repaired.
