- GWG W6 days ago1.0went here to register a vehicle. Didn't see anything mentioning you had to be a member. was told its on the front door. I went and looked, theres nothing on the front door indicating such. should be obvious signage saying "members only service" so people dont waste time. I see im not the only one who mentioned this as an issue also.

So far nothing but excuses and broken promises from Salman Syed. Now they will need to prorate my insurance by 20 days. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, they'll lie to you again and again. I was guaranteed that I would have insurance by the 15th of April, here we are and nothing but more excuses.

Can I renew my passport here, or can I only get a picture for it?
We offer passport photo services at all of our centres across Alberta. To learn more about this, visit ama.ab.ca/personal/passport-photo. On that page on our website, you'll also find resources on how to apply for your Canadian Passport. You can get those application forms from your nearby postal outlet or passport office. My driver's licence is due soon. Do I have to book and appointment to renew?
You do not have to book an appointment to renew your driver's licence. Just stop by one of our centres and someone from our registries team will assist you with the renewal.
Do you offer an international driver's licence here?
We sure do. The test costs $17.60, plus the cost of getting your Driver's License after you pass. Visit our website and search for 'Drivers Licence Testing' to find all the information, including what to bring with you. Good luck!
Is there a way to get a in-transit sticker for a vehicle to move?

Can I use the registry services if I am not a member?
At AMA, our registry services are member exclusive. However, you can visit our registry with someone who has an active AMA membership to use our services. Being a member does offer plenty of value.
