This is a service business. I work for a large carrier and this is totally reprehensible.

Second time going in they got 3 rims in that fit my car and the 4th was wrong. No one took accountability, no apologies. I told them I lm taking my business elsewhere and it didnât phase them at all. I figured it would be a good experience with all the positive reviews .I honestly had the worst service.
