I arrived at fountain tire in Drumheller on Dec 27th at 12:40pm to get a tire repair on my refrigerated trailer and the guy behind the desk refused to do the repair as he was closing at 1:00pm. This is a service business. I work for a large carrier and this is totally reprehensible.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Sean. He was exceptionally professional & courteous plus reasonable in pricing. They were quick on getting my starter installed. I also want to say It was nice to be able to get to & from work as they looked after that for me. Also Ryan addressed all my concerns & was very professional & courteous in his mannerism. I definitely recommend them in the valley for auto repair needs. Cheers Darren 😄

Had the worst experience here, first day I go into get my tires put on turns out they didn’t ordered the wrong rims. Second time going in they got 3 rims in that fit my car and the 4th was wrong. No one took accountability, no apologies. I told them I lm taking my business elsewhere and it didn’t phase them at all. I figured it would be a good experience with all the positive reviews .I honestly had the worst service.

Came in with a super B and they made it happen in the middle of the driveway. Got 2 new tires on the trailer and gone

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
