  I booked a car over a month ago and was “waitlisted”. 5 days later there is no communication still. I call everyday and nobody answers or when someone answers I am immediately put on hold before being able to get a word in. Absolutely horrible service and communication. Don’t use this place.

  What a joke, showed up an hour and half before closing asked about renting a vehicle only to be told that they didn't have time to do it for me no apology no reason other then she was "too busy" just lazy and ignorant. Tried to book one for the next day only to get the same shitty response if your not going to do your job what is the point in being there. It's not like I intended to be without a vehicle so late in the day I arrived with plenty of time to rent something just a lazy employee who couldn't be bothered to help.

  Honestly don’t know how this ’business’ is still operating, apparently the manager is the only person that can do anything(if he’s even there) and that’s IF they have a vehicle for you. Didn’t matter that you book weeks in advance or at a specific time. They don’t care about the customer nor the customers time. Save your self the disappointment and book anywhere else. Beware they will call you the day before and kibosh your plans due to lack of inventory, or make you wait all day for a maybe.

  I booked a car with Enterprise two weeks in advance, only to get a call one day before my pickup saying they had no cars available. No apology, no solution just a rude representative acting like he was doing me a favor by informing me last minute. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. This experience ruined my plans, and I won’t be booking with Enterprise again.

  I had a great experience renting a car from this location.They make sure the Car was clean and ready to use. I especially want to thank the Branch Manager Bibek. He was very understanding and helpful with my concern, which I truly appreciate.It's rare to find that kind of customer service these days. Highly recommend this place for their professionalism and genuine concern for their customers. Again, Thank you for the excellent service!😊
