Not only did the guys at Fountain Tire agree to take my car without an appointment, but they picked it up for me from Crystal Glass (who replaced my windshield a day early), diagnosed my drained battery, which they assured did not need replacing, charged it overnight and didn't charge me a anything! I haven't seen service like this in a long time. So grateful to the Fountain Tire Team! Will be getting my next set of summer and winter tires there for sure! 🙏

I am also now doing oil changes, and other mechanical things, as they have fully gained my trust. I had an issue on Friday afternoon with one of my tires, I was stuck downtown Calgary in a parkade, and Ralph went WAY above and beyond to help me out. I managed to get in with ten minutes until they closed, and I wasn’t rushed or told to come back the next day. The mechanic found the issue and fixed it for me, leaving late on a Friday night. I will never forget this amazing service and the relief it gave me. Thank you Ralph and the team at Cochrane Fountain Tire!!
