After breaking down in Cochrane for attending a funeral from grande prairie and had the Napa suggest this location to get bearings done, the person I talked with laughed at me like it didn’t matter. Totally unacceptable, unappreciated, unprofessional. I have nothing but horrible 1st impression and do not recommend this location to anyone. The grande prairie locations are curious and helpful these people were ignorant and had no help and again laughed at the idea of helping another human being. Shame on this organization and this location. I pray you learn compassion for your fellow man and learn to be a civil human being. I hope head office finds this and u will definitely be sending this to them as well.

Had a tire develop a slow leak due to a staple punching thru the side of the thread…. FOUNTAIN tire in Cochrane inspected it and determined it was not repairable ( I was not surprise due to location of the punctures). They had taken me without appointment . Sadly I had bought the tire elsewhere and it was still under warranty. Fountain tire had dismounted and wrapped my tire and rim and put on my spare al by . The other shop honored the warranty so it will have to be replace there… but just wanted to say I was very impressed with Cochrane Fountain Tires level of services and will definitely be considering them on my next new tire purchase. Thanks again, I will make sure to recommend you to my friends looking for new tires or service.

Two issues: firstly I was charged $198 by a quick lube place for an oil change and Fountain Tire charged me $145 for exactly the same thing. Secondly, my wife's old car needed some serious engine work. As usual, I was treated with excellent service, my questions were answered, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The owner is a hands-on operator, and the front staff are knowledgeable, polite and the service is excellent. This is a well run operation and highly recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
