    After both our vehicles bit the dust in the same week we needed a rental to go find a car. Kale was exceptional in terms of customer service all the way through our rental, always professional, always friendly and flexible. It was a pleasant experience all around.

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from Enterprise Cochrane. When I was contacted by phone regarding a rental vehicle, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional. I explained my situation and requested to pick up the vehicle approximately 30 minutes before closing time. This request was refused, and the representative appeared irritated, expressing concern only about the end of her workday rather than my circumstances. She then asked whether I could come in at 8:00 a.m. the following morning. I explained that this was not possible due to my work obligations, which seemed to further frustrate her. When I stated that I could come in later that afternoon, she sighed audibly before agreeing. The call was then ended abruptly. The representative stated, “See you tomorrow at [time],” and hung up before I had an opportunity to respond or clarify anything further. I have never before experienced such treatment from a customer service representative. The lack of empathy and professionalism was disappointing and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not choose to do business with Enterprise Cochrane again should I require a rental vehicle in the future.
