  I needed a rental car in short notice, it cost me $29 altogether. When I was done with the car they drove me back to where my other car was parked and got me on my way. I found them extremely easy to work with and polite

  Not a good experience here. I waited when picking up the vehicle, then was rushed through the pick up process. Didn't notice a rock chip because it was so low on the windshield but on a cold day it formed a crack. I was billed an additional 600, with a ridiculous 75 admin fee on top. I explained that there was no way the chip occurred during my rental (I would have noticed a rock hitting the windshield) but he insisted it was. This is not a trustworthy place. Avoid.

  I rent a vehicle from Enterprise once every month. The service just gets better every time. The Manager takes pride on his job, his crew and his fleet, he is personable and professional, always welcoming and receiving you with a smile. I would recommend that he provides training to other locations so they learn what true customer-service is. Thank you for being awesome!
