  It was truly a fantastic experience with top-notch service. They picked me up at CSN Shop, gave me my rental car, and called me the next day to ask if I was satisfied. They even upgraded me to a better car. On the day I returned the car, they dropped me off at CSN Shop as well. I am incredibly satisfied; everything was handled with a high level of professionalism and amazing kindness.

  I was not treated like a value customer. I ran it from Adam Price for over 12 years and this time was the worst experience I've ever had. They rent cars, no winter tires and then the turn around and tell you if you want winter tires it's going to cost you an extra $20 a day. The most craziest thing I've ever heard so no I am not very impressed with the time with Enterprise

  Very poor service. Started out with a phone call to check. Phone rang forever before someone answered. Was put on hold right away on hold for 8 minutes. Did not receive a phone call back as they were busy. Called back a second time same response than I was told Kabar would return my call in 15 minutes. No response took my car to fix auto tried calling enterprise to make sure I had a Loaner rental Which was not available. Absolutely very unsatisfied with customer service, With no accountability

  Had an excellent experience with Camrose Enterprise! The service was great, and the staff were very friendly—especially the gentleman at the front desk. Highly recommended!

  Great experience. Easy check in and staff very professional. For some reason my reservation went to Wetaskawin but this was quickly changed. Easy drop off as body shop staff dropped for me and I immediately got my receipt from Enterprise.
