- CDCliff DudleyJan 1, 20262.0I was not treated like a value customer. I ran it from Adam Price for over 12 years and this time was the worst experience I've ever had. They rent cars, no winter tires and then the turn around and tell you if you want winter tires it's going to cost you an extra $20 a day. The most craziest thing I've ever heard so no I am not very impressed with the time with Enterprise

Did not receive a phone call back as they were busy. Called back a second time same response than I was told Kabar would return my call in 15 minutes. No response took my car to fix auto tried calling enterprise to make sure I had a Loaner rental Which was not available. Absolutely very unsatisfied with customer service, With no accountability
