  Convenient from airport by free shuttle which is frequent. Very friendly and helpful staff - especially Jasmin. Cars are in good condition, for winter driving I noticed the car had tires marked “Mud + Snow” with good depth of threads which was required for mountain driving part in BC.

  Excellent service! First time renting a car from here and the process was quick and smooth and didn’t seem to take over 5 minutes. The staff here were friendly and were willing to go out of their way to ensure we got the best vehicle for our needs. Thanks!

  The absolute worst rental agency. Never have I been treated so poorly. This agency is not at the airport so don’t bother. They also switched the price on my vehicle without notice at the counter and unfortunately I didn’t have time to argue. Now two weeks later I’m being sent claim information about a scratch. I’ve rented a lot of vehicles in my time and this is by far the worst experience to date.

  If there's no traffic it's a 10 minute drive from the passenger terminals of the airport, so it adds a lot of time compared to the options at the airport. Had issues with scanners at another location trying to show a chunk of bird poop as damage, and an attendant claiming a windshield was scratched in a way I couldn't see and they couldn't photograph. While they eventually addressed both issues their dispute process wasn't as smooth as Enterprise.

  This was my first time renting a car abroad alone, and SIXT's service gave me peace of mind! The airport pick-up from Calgary was very convenient (no long wait), and the service manager was incredibly welcoming and didn't pressure us into paying any unnecessary additional fees. I'm very grateful to SIXT for helping us upgrade our vehicle at a very favorable price, which greatly improved our safety while driving in the snow! The pick-up and drop-off processes were very smooth! Most importantly, the vehicle was in excellent condition! Almost brand new, which made my family and I have wonderful memories of our Banff holiday! Thank you again to SIXT for their excellent service!
