  Reserved a Tacoma, upon arrival they notified me they did not have the vehicle. They said it would be available the next day or the day after, that I could take an alternative sub compact in the meantime. Staff was friendly and expedient. I took the vehicle, the next day they didnt have a tacoma, I returned the compact and they said they would notify me when requested vehicle became available. Its now been nearly 2 weeks since they told me I would be notified within days when it was available, though I have recieved requests for reviews and promotional emails during that time. Well, here is the requested review. Glad I went with a different company that actually had the vehicle I reserved and timelines that matched their communications.

  Don’t book anything from these guys, they are crazy. I rented a car for 3 days in March 2026, everything was good, dropped it off, rental agreement closed, paid the amount. Now after a month I received damage on car, was reported. And I have to pay for the damages. After the guy checked everything over there in front of me. Don’t go over here to get rental.

  Me and my partner rented a car on March 30 to go visit Banff from Calgary and had a good experience overall. The system was down for almost an hour, but the staff at the desk were super helpful and handled everything really well. Because of the delay, they even upgraded our car and more luxury one without extra charges and offered us a better package, which we really appreciated. Even with everything, we got our car and made it to our destination without any issues. Really appreciate their help and great attitude!

  I’m very grateful for the car rental experience! 😊 The staff were incredibly polite, kind, and attentive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car was in excellent condition: clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. I also really appreciated how clear and simple the pick-up and drop-off instructions were, which made everything very convenient and easy. Thank you so much for the great service and wonderful attitude! I will definitely come back again and highly recommend you to others.

  Hat alles problemlos und unkompliziert funktioniert. Vertrauenswürdig und günstiger als andere Anbieter. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade unseres Autos bekommen. Auch die Buchung und Rückhabe des Autos war einfach. Empfehle Sixt deshalb absolut weiter.
