  If you don't bring your car here you'd be doing your car a disservice. I was in and out of there in less then an hour with the services that were needed and the knowledge and training they have shows in how well they take car of your vehicle. Hats off to them and I will always highly recommend them to anyone who needs services done to their vehicle.

  First time using Great Canadian Oil Change today and was very impressed! The staff were all friendly, polite and professional. Nicholas (the Manager) explained everything to me regarding my vehicle. It was efficient service and I will definitely recommend them!

  Although I’ve been here for an oil change before and it was a good experience- today I suddenly had a sound coming from the front of my car that was squealing- like metal on metal. I went to another service place first- but was told that thy would have to do a FULL inspection on it- when it obviously was something that could be an easy fix if you have the right tools. I went in to the Great Canadian Oil Change and the guys there took care of me right away -and figured it out within five minutes. They wouldn’t accept anything but donuts lol. So donuts they had;). Anyways- this will now be my new spot for oil and fluid changes- it was the character of the people working there that will have me come back.

  The service is always professional, quick and pleasant. I take both my cars here for regular servicing. They always email coupons and I love supporting a Canadian chain. There is just one thing that drives me nuts… they always ask what PSI to fill the tires to when I pull in, but they never actually fill the tires unless I specifically ask. This is the case every single time without fail. It won’t deter me or send me down the street to minit lube but it is so odd. Why ask if you don’t intend to do it?

  Had oil change & coolant flush. 2 days later check engine light. Thermostat gone/air in system, tires overinflated by 20psi and oil plug over torque. Same week 2nd auto in for oil and they overfilled it by 1.5 litres, over inflated tires and put greasy liquor in washer reservoir and broke lid. Both taken to licensed mechanic and cost few hundred each to remedy by replacing thermostat, draining washer fluid, reinstalling engine cover correctly, deflating tires to proper psi, replacing pcv valve and bleeding air in coolant system. Our mechanic went over both autos and said 5 out of 7 jobs performed at this location were done improperly or not inline with service manual. Location supervisor Russel denied everything, just questioned journeyman mechanics ability over his own non journeyman “expertise” and said “we have cctv footage” and “I timed it”. Not sure what he timed but he should have measured in volume/flow rate and human error….but he dismissed all responsibility. I asked for a copy of the footage for small claims court and he said no. He’s polite and smiles but unfortunately after damage was done not integral or understanding of personal accountability. Wouldn’t refund or compensate for damage caused.
