- LLLemba1990 LechiMar 31, 20261.0I had a sour experience with a man with glasses. I don't know his name but he lacked good customer service. Was very rude and nasty. We had a conversation about taking a foreign object from my tires which I bought with fountain tires. I was told it's under warranty.I was surprised when they asked me to pay 49.3 dollars to remove the foreign object on the tires. They never told me I would be charged and in the course of this conversation with him, and asking for a reduction in price. He was unwilling and spoke nasty and stated he will not continue having conversation with me and I can't have my car until I pay it. This is the 2nd time they will charge me for work without telling me from the onset what my bill is going to bill. So they do the work and tell you price instead of the reverse. I have issues with that and that is a feedback. But I was very angry today with that useless man who maltreated me today. Nobody wants to tell me his name but I can found out. Terrible experience with fountain tire and I don't advise anyone to patronise them
