  I had a rental via Allstate. The first VW Tiguan assigned to me had engine issues before I left their lot. The second vehicle assigned to me had defective passenger doors, wasn't cleaned, and also wouldn't start on the last day I had it. Zero communication, zero accountability, and absolutely zero customer service. Avoid this place and the Douglasdale location. Update: It's convenient that Enterprise reaches out after being ignored for a month. More updates to follow.

  Called several times during normal business hours, only to wait listening to delightful upbeat music for 15 min. each time and be told that my call could not be transferred. What kind of customer-facing business doesn't answer their phone during business hours? I-N-S-A-N-E. I implore you to rent from anyone else. Literally anyone. Update: Fun reply from our friends at Enterprise. No answer to the question, only “log a ticket on our website.” Here’s an innovative idea: Why not just pick up the phone? 🤯

  They didn't update my information and I didn't receive notification for a traffic ticket. Than the ticket was sent to collections, I offered to pay it to have it removed. The collection company was so rude and spiteful they refused. I took a 120 point hit on my credit score. I'm looking for others who would like to sue

  The SUV i received smelt strongly of body odor. *UPDATE* I needed another rental and the vehicle i received this time had zero washer fluid and a half a tank of gas. I was told to purchase some washer fluid and that I would be reimbursed.. pretty unacceptable for something that poses a safety issue.
