  Dairty car, fule wasn't full and I have to wait 30 minuts to get my car even though I have booked it a week earlier. unprofessional!!!!!

  I had the most amazing experience with Enterprise crowfoot!! Their customer service is topnotch! Highly recommend to my friends and family. Shout out to George who is soo lovely and amazing helping me out with my rental car. I had just been on an accident and they picked the best car for me to drive since i was still a bit traumatized w it all. They’re all amazing and if i evr need to go get a rental car in the future I’ll always go back to this place and this particular location cause they’re all soooo great! <3

  I wanted to give a huge shoutout to this amazing team at crowfoot. This is my second review 5 star as I had to delete previous one to make a new one. Kinga is an exceptional branch manager as well as her team, Shubham, Yousef, and George. They’re always happy to help whether it’s early in the morning or right before close. I feel valued as a customer and their customer service skills are always on point. I’ve rented from many rental companies and other enterprise locations, the only warm welcoming attitude has always come from crowfoot enterprise or the airport location. Today I came in and George greeted me with a warm and welcoming attitude and was ready to help. I also received a great attitude from Yousef and Shubham. During my re-write, I was told I needed to get an oil change, the boys understood my concern that I was on a tight schedule and Shubham offered me a ride home and a drop off vehicle to my house after the oil change was finished. This made my day go so much smoother. Thank you for the exemplary customer service again Crowfoot! Kinga, I wish you the best with your promotion. You deserve it!

  Fantastic experience, the team is efficient and communicates well and understanding. They think of everything from the customers point of view (e.g. I was driving to a place where it will be snowing and the manager gave me a car with a remote start because she knew it was going to snow). On the day I was suppose to return the car there was also a massive dump of snow and I was stuck unable to move out of the parking lot, they kindly extended my time to the end of the day so I would have time to get the car back on the road.

  The service I received from here was above and beyond! I didn’t realize my license had expired the month before and initially they had turned me away from renting. The next thing I knew they were running outside after me telling me they could drive me to the registries so I could get a temporary license. The whole process was professional and friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone!
