  I had a great experience with this location team as they were very helpful, we booked first a regular car and they gave us a mini van which was great but unfortunately a very strong storm happened and made the roads especially the mountain area very slippery and undirivable, so we had to switch to a winter tire equipped car and here was the issue cause apparently these type of cars are very rare and need previous booking, we started calling around to see if other locations have any car with winter tires but with no success. The STORE MANAGER RILEY and another lady named NIKE they did their best to insure our saftey and ended up giving us a newly returned suv with winter tires and they even gave a discount on it. I really appreciate your work and efforts to make your customers satisfied thank you. I really recomended to deal with this location especially the manager RILEY as he would very helpful.

  They made sure to give me a vehicle similar to what I currently drive. The vehicle was quite new, was clean and gas tank full. The staff were all courteous, friendly and helpful. They picked me up and dropped me off at the body shop that my vehicle was at. My first experience with renting a personal vehicle and it was all good. I would rent there again and recommend to others.

  What they did to me was totally UNFAIR and I would never go back to them. My personal car was gone for repair so my insurance company has provided me the car from Enterprise. They charged me almost $1000 for the damage repair which I have not made. While returning the vehicle they were fine and didn't ask for anything but after few their damage recovery unit started fighting on phone for these unfair charges and threatening me that they will send these unfair charges to collections. OVERALL they will force you to buy there(Enterprise) insurance as well and you don't buy it, they can put any number of charges they want and will threaten you put your details in collections
